Trusty Haul delivers within the United States, subject to operational feasibility and route access.

If a delivery location requires special access, permits, or restricted-time entry, our team will confirm requirements during order review.

3) Shipping Costs (No Fixed Shipping Rates)

Trusty Haul does not use a fixed shipping price. Freight cost varies significantly based on the product and destination.

Shipping is calculated per order using real operational factors, including:

  • scheduling and availability windows
  • local access constraints (gates, terrain, off-road limitations)

How Shipping Is Confirmed

After an order is placed:

  3. We contact the customer to confirm the final delivery cost and schedule
  4. Dispatch proceeds only after customer approval

Important: No shipment is dispatched without agreement on the final delivery cost.

4) Order Confirmation and Dispatch Process

Orders are not treated as automatically “ready to ship” at checkout.

Factors That May Extend Delivery

  • partner-sourced unit allocation (when a unit is sourced externally due to inventory changes)
  • compliance checks required before dispatch

6) Partner-Sourced Units and Availability

Most units listed on our website are available through our operational inventory.
In situations where a specific unit is temporarily unavailable, we may source an equivalent unit through vetted partner companies.

If partner sourcing is required:

  • the customer is informed before dispatch
  • equivalent specifications and condition expectations are confirmed
  • scheduling may be adjusted based on allocation timelines

No dispatch occurs without customer approval.

7) Delivery Scheduling and Customer Responsibilities

Because delivery requires coordination, customers must provide:

  • a valid delivery address
  • accurate contact details (phone and email)
  • any known access restrictions (gates, steep driveways, restricted parking, loading limitations)

Factors That May Extend Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect address details
  • inability to reach the customer
  • access restrictions not disclosed in advance
  • refusal of delivery without a valid reason

the shipment may be returned or rescheduled. Additional transport or rescheduling costs may apply and will be explained before any further action is taken.

8) Delivery Completion and Acceptance

Upon delivery, the customer (or authorized representative) should:

  • inspect the unit for visible transport-related damage
  • confirm delivery completion as instructed by the driver or delivery team

If an issue is identified at delivery, it should be reported immediately to:

This helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.

9) Title Transfer, Risk, and Responsibility

Responsibility for the shipment depends on the stage of fulfillment:

  • Prior to dispatch: Trusty Haul maintains custody and responsibility
  • During transport: responsibility is managed through our coordinated logistics process
  • Upon confirmed delivery acceptance: responsibility transfers to the customer, subject to applicable rights under our Refund & Returns Policy
