Update to my previous review. Brady was able to work out the details and now I am an ATC Toy Hauler owner. His level of engagement really made this deal happen. I want to thank Eric for helping with the delivery aspect and following up on some of the details. Met some of the guys behind the scenes, all super helpful, friendly and a great team for support. Great experience, Alex was super helpful and stayed in immediate contact during the trailer buying process. Trailer was what I needed and the delivery from Mt to MA was fair. Driver Larry also was extremely professional and kept me up to date with the delivery. Trusty Haul Trailer Sales took delivery of our Bwise Ultimate Dump Trailer. The whole transaction was super smooth. Alex Bobb gave us a fair price and set us up for delivery to our Lorton, VA warehouse. The delivery team came early and we were able to get the whole transaction completed with minimum impact to our schedule. We highly recommend the Trusty Haul Trailer! They came through during a time when finding a quality trailer for a good price is not exactly easy.

I recently took delivery of a new 2018 ATC toy hauler a few weeks ago. This is my third trailer from Trusty Haul Trailers and I have been very pleased with the buying experience and the personal customer service these guys gave me. Eric was absolutely awesome and Scott made sure everything was in order. They even let me drop ship a generator to their store and then custom fabricated and installed it in time for my maiden trip to Myrtle Beach. These guys are fantastic. Purchased a trailer there over the phone from out of state. They processed all paper work before I got there. Once at the store, they installed an electric brake controller in the truck and had me back on the road including new trailer delivery in less than 30 minutes without a snag. Great customer service. Will definetely come back again if I need another trailer…

I had a very rare experience at Trusty Haul Trailers. In the very difficult environment in which we live, I was treated like family to such an extent that I felt very surprised, not once, but throughout the buying process. Alex was exceptional, and so was the gentleman (I didn’t get his name) who got the trailer ready to hook up to my truck. Beyond this great customer service was a great price for the trailer. I would never buy a trailer elsewhere.

I bought a dump trailer for my landscaping business from Trusty Haul Trailer Sales in November. They had exactly what I wanted and the price was right. I had to drive from VA so I gave them a small deposit to hold the trailer until the following week when I was able to drive up there. Brady helped me over the phone and took the deposit and John did the paperwork with me when I went to pick it up (Brady happened to be off the day I was able to pick it up). The transaction was smooth and they had me on the road with all of the necessary paperwork in about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend.

This is the 2nd trailer I have bought From them I travel from Massachusetts to pick it up that’s how great the price point is point is. Each time I have had financing it was all handled in house done very easily all I had to do was literally pick up my phone pick what trailer I wanted and drive down The 6 hours to pick it up. I had some things Added to the trailer like aluminum wheels and Minicasters installed I bought the trailer on Thursday drove down to pick it up on Tuesday everything was ready to go.

If your looking for a trailer this is the place to go. I reached out through email the next day John myers contacted me and I told him what I was looking for. They had what I wanted and gave me a price. I explained to him that I was a 5 hr drive to him and didn’t wanna waste my time with any surprises. Long story short I made the drive to him everything was exactly what he said it would be. Even got me hooked up with a trailer brake installed while I waited. Highly recommend them. Definitely will go back for my next trailer
